Shipping and Returns

Shipping 

  • Your order will ship out within 2 business days of receipt and we ship 2-3 day air all over the country.
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and size of package.
  • All domestic packages are tracked to their final destination
  • We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages once the item being tracked shows as delivered. If you are concerned about having packages left at the door etc., please provide a shipping address (such as a work address or family member's address) where someone can accept the package at the time of delivery.
  • Larger orders require signature tracking please provide a shipping address where you will be available to accept the package.
  • During our quarterly 40-50% off sales, shipping will be delayed due to a large volume of orders. It could take up to 5 business days to get your order out.
  • Some items may be on backorder which will delay shipping.
  • Phone numbers are required for all shipments 

INCORRECT ADDRESSES, EMAILS, AND PHONE NUMBERS  WILL DELAY SHIPPING OF ALL DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES.

 

International Shipping

  • We offer International shipping which usually arrives in 1-4 weeks from the date of the order depending on the destination.
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and size of the package.
  • International orders may be charged additional taxes, duties or customs in the destination country. It is not the responsibility of Glam Envy to pay these charges so we recommend checking with your local postal carrier to see if you will incur charges before ordering.
  • Phone numbers are required for all shipments
  • There are no returns allowed on International Orders

Return Policy (Store Credit Only)

  • All returns require a return authorization from our customer service team.  Please email us at info@glamenvy.com for a return authorization.
  • We only offer store credit for all returns
  • Merchandise must be returned to us within 14 days from receipt. Example If you receive it on the 1st, the latest we can receive it is the 14th. There are NO exceptions to this rule. 
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
  • Merchandise must have all original tags attached.
  • Please note original shipping charges are Not Refundable.
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges.
  • Ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost packages. Please keep tracking details for your records.
  • You will receive an email once your store credit has been processed. Please allow 3-10 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
  • Sale items are all final sale, no exceptions. Items ending in .99 cents are final sale. Please email us for sizing information if you are not certain of what size to order.
  • Bodysuits and Swimsuits are all final sale, no exceptions. They are considered intimate items. Please email us for sizing information if you are not certain of what size to order.
  • A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.

 

Price Adjustments

  • We do not offer price adjustments online or in store at any time. We are constantly running  flash sales, new coupon codes and promotional offers and they are only valid for the specified time periods, they do not apply retroactively to orders placed prior to the start of the sale or to future orders.

 

Exchanges

  • We don't offer exchanges as items sell out quickly.
  • When exchanging your order for a different size, due to the chance of items selling out, we recommend placing a new order for the correct size and returning the original order. 

 

Final Sale

  • All Items purchased on Sale (all items ending in .99 cents are sale items and non-refundable)
  • Intimates, Bodysuits, and Swimwear
  • Worn/Stained/Washed Items/Scented Items

 

 Coupon Codes

  • Coupon Codes are periodically listed on our Facebook and Instagram so be sure to follow us for great savings.
  • All coupon codes must be used at checkout, discounts can not be applied once the order has been completed if the coupon code was not applied.
  • We also send out mailing lists to our subscribers with private flash sales.

Boutique Return Guidelines

  • All items purchased in the boutique only eligible for store credit within 7 days of purchase
  • Bodysuits, swimwear and final sale items ending in .99 cents are not eligible for store credit as they are final sale.

MAIL AND CREDIT CARD FRAUD WILL BE REPORTED TO THE APPROPRIATE AGENCIES AND FACE LEGAL REPERCUSSIONS.
