Our sizing runs as follows:
If something runs small or large that information is always contained in the item descriptions as well as the name of the size. For example you might see the size small written as S (0-2), this means it runs smaller than our usual 2-4. Or if it runs larger it would say S (6-8).
However, most of our items run true to six and our typical sizing will just say S, M, L . So as long as you read the item description and look at the sizing information you will be covered.
For bustier customers (36DD), or if you have larger hips/thighs with a smaller upper body, we recommend you order one size up. Otherwise your usual size should be fine. - Your order will ship out within 2-4 business days of receipt and we ship Priority and First Class Mail 1-4 day air all over the country.
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and size of package.
- All domestic packages are tracked to their final destination
- We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages once the item being tracked shows as delivered. If you are concerned about having packages left at the door etc., please provide a shipping address (such as a work address or family member's address) where someone can accept the package at the time of delivery.
- Larger orders require signature tracking please provide a shipping address where you will be available to accept the package.
- During our quarterly 30-60% off sales, shipping will be delayed due to a large volume of orders. It could take up to 5-7 business days to get your order out.
- Some items may be on backorder which will delay shipping, if an item is on backorder it will be noted on the website.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES, EMAILS, AND PHONE NUMBERS WILL DELAY SHIPPING OF ALL DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES.
- We offer International shipping which usually arrives in 1-4 weeks from the date of the order depending on the destination.
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and size of the package.
- International orders may be charged additional taxes, duties or customs in the destination country. It is not the responsibility of Glam Envy to pay these charges so we recommend checking with your local postal carrier to see if you will incur charges before ordering.
- There are no returns allowed on International Orders
- All returns require a return authorization from our customer service team. Please email us at email@example.com for a return authorization.
- We offer refunds as well as store credits.
- Merchandise must be returned to us within 14 days from receipt. Example If you receive it on the 1st, the latest we can receive it is the 14th. There are NO exceptions to this rule.
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
- Merchandise must have all original tags attached.
- Please note original shipping charges are Not Refundable.
- You are responsible for return shipping charges.
- Ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost packages. Please keep tracking details for your records.
- You will receive an email once your store credit or return has been processed. Please allow 3-10 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
- Sale items are all final sale, no exceptions. Items ending in .99 cents are final sale. Please email us for sizing information if you are not certain of what size to order.
- Items purchased during our large clearance sales such as those using 30-70% off coupon codes are final sale. No exceptions.
- Bodysuits and Swimsuits are all final sale, no exceptions. They are considered intimate items. Please email us for sizing information if you are not certain of what size to order.
- A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.
- We do not offer price adjustments online or in store at any time. We run weekly flash sales, as well as new coupon codes and promotional offers and they are only valid for the specified time periods, they do not apply retroactively to orders placed prior to the start of the sale or to future orders.
- We don't offer exchanges as items sell out quickly.
- When exchanging your order for a different size, due to the chance of items selling out, we recommend placing a new order for the correct size and returning the original order.
